2. This is the initial stage for the petitioner to comply the directions of this Court and such direction was to the petitioner, therefore, the present contempt petition stands dropped. Dropping of the present proceeding would not be hurdle to the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy insofar as the challenge to the orders of the Confiscating Authority/ Appellate Authority/ Revisional Authority, if any.

3. Accordingly, the present MJC/Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
