The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 447, 307, 379, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted the privilege of bail whereas the petitioner is in jail since 23.02.2016 and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S.
