(ii) Issuance of a direction, order or writ including writ in the nature of "CERTIORARI" to quash the memo no 322 dated 08-08-2022 passed by the Child Development Program Officer, Goriya Kothi Siwan (respondent no-5) through which respondent no. 5 has informed petitioner that your appointment as Aganbari Sevika is cancelled with immediate effect in contemplation with legal report dated 01-08-2022 and has further ordered to give charge of concerned centre to Puja Kumari (private respondent no 7).

(iii) Issuance of a direction, order or writ including writ in the nature of"MANDAMUS" to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika in Centre No. 218 which falls under Ward No. 08 of Gram

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
