JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of informant is languishing in custody since 23.01.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 341, 323, 504, 406/34 of the IPC and under section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture and assault to the informant for non fulfillment of dowry demand of Rs. 60,000/- for purchasing motor cycle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during medical examination no injury has caused to the informant rather there was complain of pain on the whole body. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
