JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 05.04.2013, contained in Letter No. 22 dated 05.04.2013 passed in Appeal No. 170/2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nalanda at Biharsharif. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
