JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded pistol along with one live cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and for the aforesaid act, petitioner is in jail custody since 11.12.2015. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S.Case No. 316 of 2015.
