The petitioner seeks bail in Deoria (Dewaria) P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 IPC was added.
As per the prosecution case, there was illicit relation between petitioner and co-accused Laloo Kumar due to which they administered poison to the deceased. Petitioner is wife of the deceased.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that coaccused Laloo Kumar who was last seen with the deceased has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20725 of 2019. It is next submitted that at the time of occurrence petitioner was with her
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65459 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 parents. Petitioner is none else than daughter-in-law of the informant and wife of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 15.08.2021. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoria (Dewaria) P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018.
