Mr.Government Advocate 5 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11-02-2025 In the counter-affidavit filed by the respondent No. 3 at Para 10, it is stated as under;

"10. That it is further submitted that the total bill value of petitioners was Rs. 8333633/- and of which payment of Rs. 8150618/- was paid earlier and the rest amount bill has been sended to Treasury vide letter No.- 23, dated 03.01.2025 for the amount Rs. 156240/- and letter No.- 24, dated 03.01.2025 for the amount Rs. 26775/-. Due to CFMS upgradation from CFMS to CFMS 2.0 the bill has not been passed. As soon as the CFMS 2.0 will work in proper way the amount will be credited to the petitioners."

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of with the consent of both the parties at the stage of admission directing the authorities to see that the above

Patna High Court CWJC No.12982 of 2024(4) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 payments are made to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. In case the amounts are not paid as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is at liberty to move this Hon'ble Court again.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
