JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is case and counter case between the parties and it appears that persons from both the sides sustained injury. Moreover, it was co-accused Hari Kumar Singh, who is said to have given iron rod causing injury on the forehead of the informant and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is stated that he dashed the informant by Santro Car causing injury on the right leg of the informant. The informant sustained, altogether, three injuries, out of them two injuries were found simple in nature and one injury, i.e., on right leg was found grievous in nature. The leg

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Dehri (Rohtas) in connection with Dehri (Dalmiyanagar) P.S. Case No.41 of 2016.
