Petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a)(d)/32(1)(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Nothing have been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. The alleged recovery have been made from the house of one Rajesh Mahton with whom petitioners have no connection. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.

No.34622 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IInd-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
