2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, it has been alleged that both the accused persons along with other named accused persons started constructing wall on the land of the informant which they objected and all the accused persons started assaulting them in which they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59085 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are the persons of clean antecedents. There is a land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. Both the parties have suffered injuries and injuries suffered by injured persons are simple in nature. The petitioners are under custody since 03.05.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedents of the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-JudgeIV cum ACJM-IV, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 128 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
