Learned counsel for the State is present.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. No.3 as well as on behalf of O.P. No.6.

It appears from the record of the case that previously also the petitioners had moved this Court in M.J.C. No.2050 of 2014, which was disposed of on 25.03.2015, leaving open to the petitioners to challenge the order of the Collector of Jamui District, in accordance with law.

The present contempt application is a second contempt for the same reason.

The contempt application is, thus, misconceived and is dismissed.
