Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015 registered under Sections- 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 1338 of 2017 which was rejected vide order dated 28th Feburary, 2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in the case on 17.05.2017. Copy of the order has been annexed as Annexure-5 to the petition. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.09.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32325 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitmarhi in connection with P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015.
