2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, allegation against these petitioners is of commission of assault upon informant by means of dab.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Injuries allegedly caused by these

Similarly situated coaccused Biran Kumar @ Viran Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46607 of 2024. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the bail application of the petitioners.

Having considered the accusation, case and counter case, the nature of injuries and similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
