2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 108/24 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/307/ 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and the informant are close relatives. The petitioner is in jail since 20.06.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 108/24.
