2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 21, 22, 27 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 99.30 gram of Heroin like substance has been recovered from co-accused, Sanjay Kumar Lal, who disclosed that he was going to deliver Heroin to this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and she is no way concerned with the alleged recovery.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
