Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the joint house which is not an exclusive property of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34583 of 2018(2) dt.19-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
