JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 25.01.2016 in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of coaccused Guddu Kumar, who happens to be brother-in-law of the petitioner, and except the confessional statement of the aforesaid co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner, who does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S.Case
