Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-364, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. The informant's husband was kidnapped and the informant expressed her suspicion against petitioner and other FIR named accused on the basis of previous enmity. In course of investigation, the informant himself appeared and made his statement to this effect that he was kidnapped and confined by some unknown persons. However, the victim expressed suspicion against the petitioner also and except the aforesaid material, as well as criminal antecedent of two cases, there appears to be
