The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that being neighbour of the informant, he fraudulently withdrew 1,64,000/- of the informant in different dates after taking her thump impressions and when the informant

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and in the background of some petty dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. It is not alleged against the petitioner that he has received any money from the informant. It is further submitted that after nine months of delay of last transaction, on the basis of imaginary prosecution story, this false case has been registered. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class,
