The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 registered under Sections 409, 419, 420, 477 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner was instrumental of missing of record of illegal appointment made by one Devkant Diwakar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that record was kept by Head Clerk Bhopal Pandit. In this connection, an inquiry committee appointed for enquiry and inquiry committee gave report that this Ram Kumar Rai was not instrumental for missing of the record. It is further submitted that Devkant Diwakar, Special Officer by means of illegal method appointed 23 staff against the provision of State Government has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case , the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31307 of 2014 (5) dt.06-02-2015 order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No.15 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. Further condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to satisfaction of the court below on reasonable ground.
