The petitioners, who are the Head Master, Assistant Teacher and Orderly in Sanskrit Prathmik Sah Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Manikpur, P.S.-Tankuppa, District-Gaya, have filed this writ petition for grant of benefit of 5th and 6th pay revision to the petitioners as has been granted to the State Government employee as per the decision rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 43 of 2016 and other analogous LPAs.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent authorities has no objection if this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the decision rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 43 of 2016.

4. Accordingly, as agreed to by learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos. 3 and 6 to consider grant of benefit of 5th and 6th pay revision to the petitioners in the light of the decision rendered in L.P.A. No. 43 of 2016.

5. The petitioners shall submit a copy of this order

Patna High Court CWJC No.13914 of 2025(2) dt.01-09-2025 3/3 along with order passed in L.P.A. No. 43 of 2016 to the respondent nos. 3 and 6 for doing the needful as directed herein above.
