Patna High Court CWJC No.20041 of 2010 (5) dt.06-11-2017 2/2 withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 23.10.2009, as contained in Memo No. 1217 dated 26.11.2009 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Aurangabad, which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law. The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
