The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No.34 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 384 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the admitted pre-existing dispute as well as case and counter case between the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, at Bettiah in connection with Sathi
