2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this application the State Government has granted permanent affiliation from academic year 2020-21. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that though

Patna High Court CWJC No.16385 of 2019(11) dt.04-07-2024 2/2 the recommendation send by the University in 2016 but the State Government has given affiliation from 2020-21. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has filed a representation before concerned authority to give the affiliation from 2016 to 2020.

3. As learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed representation before the concerned respondent authority for providing affiliation from 2016-2020, to the college. The concerned respondent is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks after the production of receipt/copy of this order, considering the fact that the students have passed examination in 2016-17, 2017-18, 201819, 2019-20 sessions.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
