Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.4.2015 on the accusation that one loaded pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sadar, Motihari in Chhatauni P.S.
