The Petitioner seeks bail in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 195 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that only duplicate keys of the motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since, 06.05.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29574 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhahbua in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 195 of 2017.
