The petitioner seeks bail in Laukaha P.S. Case No. 213 of 2020 (G.R. No. 1438 of 2020), registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

This petitioner alongwith co-accused Naresh Yadav are alleged to have committed theft of Yamaha motorcycle of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been named in this case by the informant, but he has not disclosed the source of information from whom he came to know about petitioner and others. The looted motorcycle has been recovered in an abandoned condition near a petrol pump. Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2020. Investigation is complete.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66443 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani in connection with Laukaha P.S.
