2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the vigilance case is pending against the petitioner and petitioner has been denied even provisional pension and other pensionary relief.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present writ petition petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to redress the grievance of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12207 of 2023 dt.10-10-2023 2/2 petitioner, as claimed for in the present writ petition, in accordance with the provisions of Bihar Pension Rules, 1950 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
