Mr.Shyam Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the informant had some dispute

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51536 of 2019(5) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 with Lakhan Bishwas relating to land. Lakhan called the informant for a Panchayati and at Panchayati, it is alleged that the FIR named accused persons committed assault against the informant and when the informant was fleeing back, 10-15 others, under leadership of Shankar Kushwaha, came there and assaulted informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Several similarly situated accused persons have already been allowed anticipatory bail by different benches of this Court.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioners have been seen in the CCTV footage committing the offence. They have criminal antecedent.

In view of the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered on its own merit without prejudice.
