ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 3 20-02-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits, having regard to the fact that the Sub Divisional Officer, Arwal, has not passed the final orders against the show cause notice issued to the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Sub Divisional Officer to pass the final orders in License No. 57/2007/09/96 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to observe that the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing before any orders are passed. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
