In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, while the Informant was returning from Janata Darbar, the petitioner and other accused persons intercepted the Informant, put towel around the neck, took him to the wheat field where all the accused persons tried to strangulate the Informant but he raised alarm. The villagers came and he was saved. A specific allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has snatched a watch worth Rs. 3,000/- from the right hand

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the there is an omnibus allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely, Suboie Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016.
