The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.A. No.235 of 2011, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 02.05.2014 as well as non deposit of cost.
By way of referring to the statement made in paragraph-4 of the petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submits the deficit court fee as well as cost amount in compliance of peremptory order has already been deposited, but the order regarding defect has not been complied with within specified time.
