The petitioner seeks bail in Azam Nagar P.S. Case No.222 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 376(G) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 29.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6413 of 2016 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

There is no fresh ground for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected..
