Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner was caught near the entrance of a bank and on search; a country-made pistol and cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner disclosed the name of some other accused and stated that he as well as others had assembled to make preparation of committing dacoity.
