2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379, 354(B), 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners abused and assaulted informant and her husband by means of lathi and danda. Petitioner no. 4 is alleged to have snatched golden chain from the neck of informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that though, there is allegation and assault against all the accused persons
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58069 of 2023(2) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 including these petitioners, but only one injury has been found on the person of informant's husband, which has been found to be simple in nature by doctor. There is case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 19 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
