Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 366, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.12.2015 and investigation against him appears to have already been completed. No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report with general allegation that he along with four other kidnapped the informant's grand daughter but having more or less similar allegation co-accused Samir Das and Ashish Das have already been granted privilege of bail.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that victim was in love with co- accused Sagar Das and she eloped with the aforesaid coaccused Sagar Das.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
