JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is against unknown.

It is submitted that name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Ramesh Tanti in his confessional statement, which is apparent from the impugned order. The said Ramesh Tanti has already been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 29-06-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27816 of 2017. In paragraph-3, it has been mentioned that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31308 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
