JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present petition for modification of the order dated 02.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 8093 of 2018 to the extent that the time granted for deposit of an amount of Rs. 2 lacs be extended. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that last indulgence is being sought for and the petitioner seeks to deposit Rs. 1 lac within two weeks from today and the remaining amount of Rs. 1 lac is sought to be deposited on or before 10.08.2018.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the time granted for deposit of a sum of Rs. 2 lacs before the Nazarat of the concerned Court is extended in the following manner :- i) A sum of Rs. 1 lacs shall be deposited

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36574 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 within two weeks from today.

ii) The balance amount of Rs. 1 lac shall be deposited on or before 10.08.2018.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below on or before 13.08.2018 and show the receipt of the deposit of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 2 lacs, whereafter the petitioner shall be admitted to the privilege of bail subject to condition mentioned in the order dated 02.04.2018. It is made clear that in case, the aforesaid time line is not adhered to, the petitioner shall be arrested forthwith and put under custody. The present petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

Till 12.08.2018, the petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Agamkuan PS case no. 128 of 2017 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U T
