The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.586 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the informant appears suo motu and submits that anticipatory bail of co-accused Raja Kumar Singh @ Raja Kumar & others Vs. The State of Bihar has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 25.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63942 of 2021.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 25.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63942 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is also dismissed.
