The trial court has reported that the trial of the petitioner is going on in full swing and up till now three prosecution witnesses have already been examined and to procure the attendance of remaining prosecution witnesses process has already been issued.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.10.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33379 of 2015 taking note of this fact that on the basis of discloser, made by the petitioner, looted articles were recovered, and again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Fatuaha P.S. Case No.66 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Additional District

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17035 of 2016 (3) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 Judge, Patnacity stands rejected.
