The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 358 of 2015, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 20.07.2015 Ashok Kumar Panjiyar, father of the informant, after taking the dinner went to sleep in his old house. On the next day, the informant received information about unconscious of his father due to sustaining injury, while father of the informant was rushed to the hospital for treatment, but he was declared dead on 01.08.2015. The informant raised suspicion about causing assault to his father by unknown.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24469 of 2017 (2) dt.30-06-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner only on the basis that on the date of occurrence this petitioner talked to the deceased, father of the informant. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S.
