Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Brahmpur P.S.Case No. 35 of 2018, G.R.No. 236 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner has been appointed as Block Teacher on producing fake certificate and he has been terminated from service.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has challenged the order of termination in appeal and he has suffered a lot and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him.
Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35927 of 2018 (3) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Brahmpur P.S.Case No. 35 of 2018, G.R. No. 236 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to cooperate in investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
