However, it would like to direct the District Magistrate, Khagaria that in terms of his order dated

Patna High Court LPA No.1493 of 2015 dt.31-08-2017 2/2 18.12.2010 in relation to Balabani Case No.01/08-09, it is his duty to ensure that measurement of the land in question is done in presence of all the parties as well as the Anchal Amin of Khagaria as well as Alauli. This is any way was the essence of the order which became a subject matter of challenge before the writ court. The Court expects that such an exercise must be carried out in an honest and objective manner, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the appellants.
