The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Atri PS case no. 168 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that the petitioner had hired auto of the informant wherein other persons were also sitting and when they reached near village Mafa, some unknown persons had been said to have snatched cash and mobile from the tempo driver. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR, he has been arrested on mere suspicion, no T.I.P. has been conducted and he is in custody since 27.04.2017. It is further submitted that as far as other accused persons are concerned, they have already been granted bail.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya in connection with Atri PS case no. 168 of 2016.
