This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 253 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)II,(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act. About 255 Kgs. of Ganja was recovered and the materials have come to connect the petitioner with the alleged recovery of Ganja.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
