JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 2076 of 2019, arising out of Chowk P. S. Case No. 91 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As per F.I.R. on seeing the police party, one person throwing the bag succeeded in fleeing away from the spot and from the bag, there was recovery of 20 liters of Mahua Liquor. Apart from that, petitioner is accused in one more case also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no source of information mentioned in the F.I.R. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for
