2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 24.03.2025 at about 8:00 am when her son Shashikant Kumar has gone to fix the fence then all the accused persons came and Pramod Singh assaulted the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54482 of 2025(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/3 informant on her head by lathi causing injury, thereafter Manoj Singh assaulted Shashikant Kumar on head with a rod and thereafter all the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted Vishal Kumar elder son of the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that on account of dispute relating to land, the occurrence is alleged to have taken place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is also submitted that from perusal of the order impugned, it would manifest that the injury suffered by the injured has been opined to be simple as such petitioners never had any intention of committing a serious occurrence. It is also submitted that the petitioners are not criminal and they will not abscond rather will co-operate in the investigation to prove their innocence.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned in connection with Akodhigola P. S.
