Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 188 of 2016 arising out of Paroo P.S. Case No. 291 of 2015 registered under Sections 395 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Later on, section 396 of the I.P.C. was added. Submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the Police got recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner showing his involvement in the present case. Except the confessional statement, there is no tangible material against the petitioner. In fact, petitioner has been made accused in 5 other cases, as detailed in paragraph no.3 of the petition, but in these cases, he is only bail. Due to that reason, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19655 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 Police has implicated the petitioner in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.291 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
