Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.122 of 2023, registered for the offences u/s 419, 468, 471, 34 of the IPC and Section 66(C) of the I.T. Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek for regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on the same day in accordance with law considering that the
